摘要
目的:建立消疮颗粒中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil ODS-3 C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(84∶16),检测波长为268 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A在20~260 ng范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为1.02%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于该制剂中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a method for determination the tanshinone H A in xiaoehuang granules by HPLC. Method: Hypersil ODS-3 C 18column (150 mm ×4.6mm,5 μm)was used, methanol-water (84:16 ) was used as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 268nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^- 1. Result: The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 20-260 ng( r = 0. 999 7 ), and the average recovery was 98.68% with RSD of 1.02% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method was simple, quick and accurate, and available for quality control of xiaochuang granules.
