摘要
针对江泽民同志提出的科教兴国的战略思想，立足于实际，提出高科技风险投资的预测方法，并做了必要的定量分析，对于人类进入知识经济时代具有一定的参考意义。
In accordance with Jiang Zemin's strategic thoughts of stimulating the nation in term ofactualsty,the thesis points out the methods which are used to evaluate the high scientific andtechnologic risk investment and made necessary quantitive analysis. Consequently,it is ofreferential sign if seance for us to enter the era of knowledge economy.
