摘要
碳钢焊接球形蒸煮容器是造纸工艺流程的一种常用蒸煮设备。由于蒸煮液的成分复杂,并且碳钢焊接球形蒸煮容器可能存在焊接缺陷,腐蚀导致碳钢焊接球形蒸煮容器壁厚的减薄是引起焊接蒸球失效的形式之一。碳钢焊接球形蒸煮容器由于腐蚀减薄导致的超压爆炸的事故危害非常严重。通过调整蒸煮液配方严格控制蒸煮液的pH值,可以延长碳钢焊接球形蒸煮容器使用寿命。
Welded steel spherical cooking container made from carbon steel is often used as one kind of cooking equipments for paper-making process. As the complexity of the cooking liquid ingredients, and possible welding defects existing in welded rotary digester made from carbon steel, one kind of failure is caused by corrosion led to the thinning of wall thickness of Welded rotary digester made from carbon steel. Very serious accidents were caused by overpressure explosion of welded rotary digester due to corrosion. The service life of rotary digester can be extended by adjusting the main recipe to control the pH value of the cooking liquid strictly.
