摘要
为抑制火药压伸成型控制系统中的电磁干扰,提出了一种有效的抗干扰解决方案。根据电磁干扰的三要素,对火药压伸成型控制系统中的电磁干扰源、耦合路径及敏感设备等方面进行分析,主要研究了变频器谐波干扰的产生机理和主要传播路径。在此基础上,综合利用滤波、接地、屏蔽和隔离等硬件抗干扰技术设计了合理有效的抗干扰方案。实验结果表明,该方案有效地提高了系统的稳定性和安全性,实现了火药压伸成型控制系统的电磁兼容。
To restrain electromagnetic interference(EMI) existing in the control system for propellant charge of extruded,the effective solutions on anti-interference is presented.According to the three elements of EMI,the source of EMI,the coupling route and sensitive equipment of control system for propellant charge of extruded are analyzed,the generation mechanism of harmonic interference caused by transducer and main routes of transmission are primarily researched.Based on these,the hardware anti-interference technology of filtering,grounding,shielding and coupling is comprehensively used,the rational and effective solutions on anti-interference is designed.The experiments show that the stability and security of control system effectively is improved,and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) of the control system for propellant charge of extruded is achieved by the proposed method.
