摘要
面对经济全球化和知识经济浪潮以及社会可持续发展等问题,医院管理者如何审时度势、把握先机,实现医院的跨越式发展——创新。本文从观念、制度、组织、技术等方面对医院创新管理进行了阐述。
Many problems,such as economic globalization,knowledge-based economy and social sustainable development,require hospital supervisors to size up the situation and to take the preemptive opportunities,in order to accomplish the leap-forward development of hospitals which is innovation.The concept,regime,organization and technology of hospital innovation management were illustrated in detail.
