摘要
医院管理离不开绩效考核,但不同属性、不同考核对象、不同目标的绩效指标的联合运用,会发生类似于临床用药的配伍禁忌,本文列举了较典型的例子并进行分析说明,指出临床科室绩效指标选择和数据采集要随需应变,以更好达成考核目标。
Performance assessment is essential to hospital management.However,there will be incompatibility if the indexes with different attributes,examining objects and target were used united.The article listed and analyzed the typical examples,and pointed out the choosing of performance assessment norms for clinical departments.The author put forward that the collecting of data must adapt to the necessity to achieve better goals.
