摘要
目的回顾和分析医院MBA非学历教育的成效。方法随机抽取参加过MBA非学历教育的医院管理者,采用问卷调查法、访谈法了解MBA非学历教育对医院管理者的影响力,统计数据运用SPSS11.0软件分析。结果医院管理者对开展职业化管理持肯定态度,MBA非学历教育培训模式效用明显,在人才选拔、培养机制、人才管理、保障机制方面存在不合理。结论现阶段中国医院应因地制宜逐步实现管理队伍的职业化,系统的人才任免和管理培训是医院管理队伍职业化的主要实现途径。
Objective Review and analyze the achievement of hospital MBA Non-Academic Credential Education.Methods The hospital managers were selected at random with MBA Non-Academic Credential Education,by using questionnaire survey and individual interview,and SPSS11.0 software to know about the influence of these hospital managers.Results Hospital managers affirmed the professionalization management and the training model of MBA Non-Academic Credential Education was obvious.But still there was unreasonable system,such as training,promotion and management able people system.Conclusions In accordance with local conditions,Chinese hospitals should realize professionalization of the hospital managers gradually,which can be mainly fulfilled by systematical appointment and removal of personnel as well as training of management.
