医务人员心理健康及影响因素调查

Research on the Mental Health of Medical Workers and Influence Elements Analysis

目的分析医务人员的心理健康状况以及影响因素,从而改善其工作环境,以达到最终提高医疗服务质量。方法调查采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),选取上海某三级综合性医院进行抽样调查,对其200名医务人员进行了匿名问卷调查,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果被调查医务人员普遍感觉工作满意度较低,压力较大,付出收获不对称。其躯体化因子和焦虑因子得分均高于全国常模数,群体内部存在差异。结论影响医务人员心理健康的主要因素为工作压力、超负荷的工作量、未达预期的薪酬以及较低的工作满意度,建议通过外部环境的优化和完善内部激励机制、加强职业发展、开展拓展训练、加强文化建设等方式改善目前的状况。

Objective To find ways to improve the working environment for medical workers and raise the medical service level by analyzing the mental health situation of the medical workers and the related influence element.Methods The SCL-90 was adopted to investigate 200 medical staff in a three-class large hospital to know the current level of mental health of medical workers in hospital.Results The medical workers were undertaking more and more pressures which came from the patients,their relatives and the society as well.Much of medical workers became dissatisfied and unhappy,while some of them even had mental disease.Conclusion The attendees are facing more pressure and not satisfied with the earning for their hard work.Accordingly,we suggest to upgrade the mental health of medical workers by changing motivation policy,enhancing career development and so on.
