科室教学秘书的素质和工作能力直接影响科室教学管理的水平、效率和质量,对于医院的临床教学起到了重要作用。医院管理层从人员资格审核、完善规章制度、建立激励机制、开展定期培训等方面调动了教学秘书的积极性,以充分发挥科室教学秘书作用。应继续提高教学秘书的主动性,建立细化教学秘书绩效考评体系,加大资金投入,使教学秘书的管理更加规范合理有效,推动医院整体教学迈向更好的发展。

The quality and capacity of teaching secretaries of medical departments have a direct influence on the quality and efficiency of their teaching management.Thus,the administrative department should take many measures to bring secretaries＇ work into play,including personnel qualification examination,regulations establishment,improvement of encouragement mechanism.At the same time the managers should try to increase their enthusiasm,build a detailed appraisal system and invest more so as to promote hospital＇s teaching work.
