摘要
恒速制动时制动器摩擦副摩擦性能衰退规律是车辆连续下长坡制动热衰退研究的基础。以EQ1208后桥鼓式制动器为例,首先基于热-机耦合事实及对制动器摩擦副摩擦接触状态的分析,建立了鼓式制动器三维热-机耦合有限元模型并经台架试验验证,仿真值和试验值在相同温度测量点吻合较好,验证了有限元模型及所应用摩擦系数温度特性的准确性;然后在恒速制动工况下对影响摩擦副摩擦性能及其衰退规律的因素(坡度和车速)进行了仿真分析。
Under the effect of holding brake,the fade laws of frictional properties of brake's rubbing pairs are the foundation of research on the heat-fade of continuous downhill path.The thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model for drum brake of rear axle in EQ1208 commercial vehicle,as an example,was established to analysis the variation of frictional coefficient of the rubbing pairs based on thermo-mechanical coupling facts and pairs' contact status analysis.The established FEA model was carried out,and the consistency was verified well between test values and simulation values.Then the fade laws of different influence factors(slope grade and vehicle velocity)of rubbing pairs were analyzed Under Holding Braking.
