With the development of social economy and the reform of vocational education, the scale of students associations becomes larger, which turns into a necessary part for students campus life. The development of students association shows the cultural environment change of campuses. This paper proposes the important functions of students association,which is a powerful measure to construct harmonious cultural environment at higher vocational colleges.
