高等药学教育与执业药师(临床药师)功能衔接的研究

Research on the Reform of Higher Pharmaceutical Education to Link up Pharmacists Function

就高等药学教育与执业药师(临床药师)功能衔接问题对我国11个省份的208名在医院、药品零售企业工作的执业药师、临床药师作问卷调查,运用统计学方法进行分析研究,找出执业药师、临床药师的工作需求与我国高等药学教育的培养模式之间的差距,提出解决这一问题的建议,为高等药学教育的改革调整提供参考。

The authors made a questionnaire survey on the higher pharmaceutical education to meet the needs of practicing pharmacists who work in parts of the 11 provincial hospitals and drug shops in China, and 208 practicing pharmacists were investigated. This paper introduces and evaluates the results of the survey, besides suggestion reform education system to meet the needs of practicing pharmacists work.
