摘要
本文采用橡胶模压工艺和正交试验设计法,以芳纶浆粕代替石棉,开发研制了一种新型无石棉垫片密封板材,并对其性能进行了系统测试和研究,结果表明以芳纶浆粕替代石棉纤维制备的密封板材具有较好的综合性能,在一定范围内可替代传统石棉橡胶密封板材.
In this paper, the asbestos - free gasket material was manufactured by the Kevlar pulp instead of asbestos. The effects of the composition and processing technology on the properties of the gasket was discussed in detail. The optimum formulation and technological parameters of the materials were screened by the orthogonal design method. The results show that the new material character is better and can be used as asbestos substitute in the certain range.
