Hysteroscopic Surgery Analysis of Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效及可行性。方法南阳油田总医院妇科2007年1月—2009年6月124例子宫内膜息肉接受宫腔镜电切术后的治疗效果进行分析。结果 124例子宫内膜息肉患者均顺利完成手术,无一例发生子宫穿孔。术后随访3个月至半年。术后满意率为94.4%,23例有生育要求者,16例妊娠,12例分娩。结论宫腔镜手术是治疗子宫内膜息肉的首选方式。正确选择适应证,提高操作技巧,严格超声监测,是保障手术安全性和疗效的关键措施。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the surgical treatment of endometrial polyps hysteroscopy.Methods Nanyang Oilfield gereral Hospital from January 2007 to June 2009 received 124 cases of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic analyze the effects of treatment.Results The results of 124 cases of endometrial polyps were successful completion of surgery,no case of uterine perforation occurred.Patients were followed up 3 months to half a year.Postoperative satisfaction rate was 94.4%,23 patients had fertility requirements,16 cases of pregnancy,12 cases of childbirth.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery is the preferred method for endometrial polyps.Correct choice of indications,improve operating skills,strict ultrasound monitoring,is to protect the safety and efficacy of surgical KEY measures.
