活血化瘀汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Huoxuehuayutang Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的探讨活血化瘀汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床疗效。方法 2007年1月—2009年10月期间我科收治的视网膜静脉阻塞患者98例112眼,随机将98例112眼网膜静脉阻塞患者分为常规治疗组50眼和综合治疗组62眼,常规治疗组给予西医疗法,综合治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用自拟活血化瘀汤观察临床疗效。结果常规治疗组总有效38例,总有效率76.00%,综合治疗组总有效47例,总有效率91.93%,两组总有效率比较P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论视网膜静脉阻塞治疗过程中运用中西医结合,加用自拟活血化瘀汤可以达到整个病程进行活血祛瘀、调节脏腑进行辩证施治,可以明显提高本病的临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,促进疾病的康复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the huoxuehuayutang for treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods January 2007-Oct 2009 admitted to our department 98 cases of retinal vein occlusion 112 eyes,112eyes 98 cases of retinal vein occlusion patients were randomly divided into the conventional therapy group 50 eyes and the combination therapy group 62 eyes,conventional treatment group was given Western medicine therapy,the combination therapy group based on the conventional treatment group was added self-made huoxuehuayutang and observed its clinical efficacy.Results The total effective of conventional therapy group 38 cases,with a total effective rate 76.00%,combined treatment group was effective in 47 cases,with a total effective rate 91.93%,the total effective rate compared between two groups P0.01,there is significant differences.Conclusion The treatment of retinal vein occlusion with the use of Chinese and Western medicine,plus with the self-made huoxuehuayutang can be achieved for the entire duration of stasis,regulating organs to dialectical therapy,can significantly improve the clinical treatment and improve the patient＇s quality of life,to promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
