摘要
本文研究了在耐酸不锈钢基体上采用激光熔覆和等离子喷焊二种工艺形成的涂层对耐腐蚀性的影响。使用5kW横流CO2激光器对预置在基体上的Co基自熔合金粉末进行熔覆加工,得到的熔层与等离子焊层对比:激光熔层缺陷率低,被机体稀释率更小,成品率更高。其组织致密均匀,晶粒细小,熔层硬度与强韧性更高。性能试验证明:激光熔层有更好的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to calibrate coordination opposition of light spot out of optical fiber, experiment equipment is set up and CCD is used to scan light out of one end of an optical fiber while light from light source is coupled into the other end of the optical fiber. Three kinds of mathematical methods are put forward to process data, i.e. maximum value method, cut off level method and center of gravity method. The results of experiment show that the center of gravity method is the best one to calibrate opposition of signal and has characteristics of high repeated precision and stability.
