摘要
针对滑阀阀道内的三线流体流动,采用湍流模型的k-ε两方程模型和有限容积数值方法,在圆柱坐标系下对其进行了数值分析。同时计算了流动区域内各节点上的压力p,速度v,湍流脉动动能K和脉动能耗散率ε。
In order to understand the flow in spool valve,and make out some useful principles for the valve's structure design and dimension sizing, the whole field flow was analyzed and calculated using k-ε two equation model. Using control volume method based on the cylinder coordinate system. the authors calculated the pressure, the velocity,the turbulent fluctuation, kinetic energy and dissipation rate of turbulent fluctuation kinetic energy in each iteration,draw out the whole velocity field in the valve chamber and found that the relative dimension and position of oil port and valve buckets have a heavy impact on the axial fluid force.
