工序尺寸设计方法研究

Research on the Approach of Process Dimension Planning

提出1种较为完整的工序尺寸设计的尺寸图表结构；建立2个基本方程组，导出可行域的基本结构及其多个子集合；证明现有可行域只是基本可行域的一个很小的子集合；给出目标函数的一般构造及1种最简形式；采用自行编制的工序尺寸设计软件成功地验证了所提出方法的正确性，该方法可用于实现工序尺寸设计的自动化与最优化。

A more comprehensive process dimension chart for process dimension plallning(PDP) is proposed.Two important equations in PDP are established. The basic structure of constraint conditions and some of the subsets are deduced, and it is proved that the existing constraint conditions are one small Subset of the basic constraint conditions. A common goal function and one of the simplest structure are given. A software has been developed to testify the correctness of the proposed model,which may be used to realize the automation and optimization of process dimension planning.
