摘要 根据工艺尺寸式原理,建立所有以设计尺寸及余量为封闭段的尺寸式,并生成方程矩阵。再由设计尺寸和余量的要求、工序尺寸精度等级由难到易逐一确定每个尺寸式所对应的工序尺寸公差,从而得到一组既能满足设计尺寸要求,又能满足余量公差要求的最经济合理的工序尺寸公差。最后根据最小余量及计算出的余量公差确定出全部工序尺寸。 Based on the principle of working dimension formula, the confining dimension formulae for each working dirnension and margin are established, and formed into matrix equations. In accordance with the requirements including design dimensions and margins,actural working dimensions accuracy grade, the tolerances of actural working dimensions, which respond to the working dimension formulae will be determined one by one from the more advanced to the easier,hence a group of the most resonable and economical working dimension tolerances can meet not only the requirements of design dimensions, but also that of margin tolerances. All the working dimensions will be finally determined according to the minimum margin and calculated margin tolerances.
