摘要
推导了盘状、柱状喷射成形产品的动态成形模型,并采用该模型对3种不同条件下喷射成形产品的最终几何形状进行了分析和预测。同时采用Al93.5Cu3Fe1.5Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5(atom%)合金,对应于上述3种实验条件,制备了不同形状的喷射成形产品。实验及理论分析结果表明,该模型符合实际情况,可以对不同工艺条件下喷射成形产品的最终形状加以控制和预测。
A three Dimentional dynamic forming model of spray formed billets or discs is developed in this praper. The model is used to analyse and predict the shapes of pre-forms under three different spray formed conditions. Meanwhile.the products of Al93. 5 Cu3Fe1. 5 Ni1Ce0.5Zr0. 5 alloy with different shapcs was manufatured under the same conclitions. The results reveal that the computations are in good agreement with the experimental results and the model can be used to control and predict the final shapes of spray formed products.
