摘要
采用两步加热法法,通过正交实验对其在硝酸中溶解的回收工艺进行了优化,工艺参数为硝酸浓度1 mol/L,溶解时间1 h,加热温度75℃,质量浓度5 g/L,过氧化氢与硝酸体积比为0.16,并再次合成了钴酸锂.在溶解后的滤液中加入氨水、氢氧化锂,使锂和钴在滤液中的比保持在1.1,过滤烘干煅烧后获取L iCoO2黑色粉末.
The content of cobalt in spent lithium-ion battery is higher. Cobalt is poisonous and it is scarce resources. Lithium and cobalt are extracted with two-step thermal. The power of cathodic active materials is dissolved in nitric acid . Orthogonal experiment is calculated and found the best conditions of powder dissolved in nitric acid: nitric acid concentration is 1 mol/L; liquid/solid ratio is 5; dissolution temperature is 75 ℃ ; and dissolution time is 1 hour; the volume ratio of H2O2/HNO3 is 0.16. Depend on the furthest qualification of leaching, take the ammonia swing in with filtrate, and put LiOH·H2O into filtrate. The ratio of cobalt and lithium is 1.1. By drying and calcining to synthesize LiCoO2.
