摘要
针对离子交换树脂再生过程中排放的大量高含盐废水,对再生各阶段产生的废水进行水质分析,将废水划分为高含盐区和低含盐区,对高含盐区废水进行沉淀除盐.结果表明,对阳床的钙、镁、铁离子的去除率分别为99.6%、97.4%、100%;对阴床的硫酸根、硅酸根的去除率分别为92.6%、95.8%.分离出沉淀后的上清液以氯化钠为主,可作为钠离子交换树脂再生液回用.
Considering a great deal of saline wastewater coming out from the generation wastewater of the ion exchange resin process,this paper analyzes the saline wastewater during the process of resin generation,separates the wastewater into high concentration saline wastewater and low concentration part.The precipitation are applied to treat the high concentration saline wastewater.The result shows that the removal ratios of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Fe^3+ from the cation exchanger are 99.6%,97.4%,100%.And the removal ratios of SO4^2-,SiO3^2-from the anion exchanger are 92.6%,95.8%.After separating the precipitation the liquid of the clearer upper part mainly contains NaCl,it can be reused as the Na+ ion exchange resin generation water.
