This paper describes the goal of bilingual teaching of computer algorithms designer and analysis. From the teaching materials selection, teaching methods, practice, assessment and other aspects of the bilingual teaching practice of this course, which are based on analysis of the bilingual teaching effectiveness and problems, we make a preliminary exploration of improved methods. It has an important significance in which improves the teaching effectiveness and quality of this course.
