着重讨论了并行工程的特点，国内外研究现状，及应用并行工程开发模具，并给出了模具制造ＣＥ实现的系统，探讨了在模具制造中的信息反馈、集成化及数据共享等关键技术。

This paper is concentrated on the feature of Concurrent Engineering(CE),the research condition today, the mould development by CE and the basic method of mouldmanufacturing, We also present some key technologies in mould manufacturing, suchas, Integrated Environment, Information Feedback and Data Sharing.
