摘要
通过对10Cr9Mo1VNbN耐热钢蠕变前后显微组织的观察,发现10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢的强化机理为析出强化、固溶强化、位错强化和碳化物稳定下的亚结构强化,其中Nb、V(C,N)的析出强化对10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢的持久强度起了重要作用。
Abstract The microstructure of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel tube before and after creep was studied. The results show that the strengthening mechanisms of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel are precipitation hardening, solution hardening, dislocation hardening and carbide stabilized substructure hardening. High creep rupture strength of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel is mainly due to the contribution of Nb, V(C,N) precipitation hardening.
