摘要
采用金属涂覆铸造技术在铸钢件表面形成的5~6mm厚的自润滑复合层中含有大量铬的碳化物和球状石墨。由表及里,其化学成分、铸态硬度、所含石墨及合金碳化物的数量和形态均呈梯度分布,并逐渐过渡到母体材料的水平。在重载干滑动磨损条件下,具有很好的耐磨性。
Abstract Using metal coated casting technique, the self lubricant composite layer with thickness of 5 6mm is produced on the surface of cast steel. From outside to inside of the self lubricant composite layer which hold nodular graphite and alloy carbides, the composition, as cast hardness and volume fraction of graphite and alloy carbides take on a gradient distribution and transform gradually into that of master alloy. This composite layer possesses great wear resistance under the condition of dry slipping with heavy load.
