摘要 通过楔子横向加载,用CCA试样研究了油气输送管的止裂韧性。显然止裂韧性是一顶重要的材料参数。试验结果表明,止裂韧性Ka与夏比冲击吸收能CVN之间存在如下关系:Ka=0.0103CVN2+1.2703CVN+14.146。裂纹扩展长度取决于应力场强度因子的变化:K0-Ka=2571.9a-104.14。 Abstract In this paper the crack arrest toughness of oil and gas line pipe material is studied by forcing a wedge into a split pin on CCA(compact crack arrest) specimen. The results show that crack arrest toughness is an important parameter of material. The experimentally obtained relation between the crack arrest toughness K a and Charpy impact energy CVN is K a=0.0103 CVN 2+1.2703 CVN +14.146. The length of crack propagation is depended on the change of stress intensity factor: K 0- K a=2571.9a-104.14.
