摘要
分析了GCr15钢经830℃过饱和碳氮共渗和高压水喷射淬火及180℃两次回火后各区域的组织及对力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,过饱和碳氮共渗是提高表层硬度、强度和耐磨性的一种新的、有效的方法。
Abstract In this paper, the microstructures in various regions during oversaturation carbonitriding and high pressure spraying and the effect of these structures on the mechanical properties in GCr15 steel have been investigated. The results of examination show that oversaturation carbonitriding is a new and effective way to increase hardness, strength and wear resistance. It can increase service life of dies.
