摘要
本课题以世界各国急需护理人才为研究背景，针对医学院校护理英语教学的现状，提出了教学改革的具体措施，通过构建护理专业英语教学和国际化护理人才培养一体化教学模式，培养符合国际标准的护理人才。
The task many countries in the woad were badly in need of nursing talent as a study background. It＇s aimed at current situation of medical college nursing English teaching. It came up with special measures of teaching reform. By building the teaching model of nursing major English teaching and training of international nursing talents, to foster nursing talents who accord with international standard.
