Reform of Professional Education Development,Serviving Binhai New Area

通过职业教育机制创新支持滨海新区开发开放,一方面建立应用性知识、技术研发、转化机制,提高职业教育服务能力,另一方面建立校企合作一体化发展新机制,为滨海新区建设培养高素质人才。

This essay proposes that vocational education system should be necessarily innovated to support the development of Binhai New Area. On one hand it need to establish conversion mechanism of applying knowledge and technology for promoting service cability, on the other hand it need to establish school - enterprise cooperation new system for training skilled personnel with high quality.
