The current most representative mainstream of ＂RIA＂design tool is Adobes Flex and Microsoft＇s WPF and Silverlight. WPF3 in Chinese version, Silverlight3 and their development tool Expression Blend3, all of which are released in Sep, 2009, challenge Flex powerfully.
