大米蛋白的提取是为了获得高纯度的大米蛋白产品,多种提取方法经过比较,得出津川一号大米各项理化指标的结论。
The target of the extraction for rice protein is to get rice protein products with high purity. The conclusion of various physical and chemical indexes for rice of Jinchuan No. 1 is drawn by comparing multiple extraction methods.
