公安高职教育的发展,要适应现实和未来公安实践的需要,实现培养面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的现代警察职业人才的目标,公安高职教育必须突出公安职业特色,转变教育思想、教育内容、教育方法和教育制度,紧紧围绕"贴紧业务、贴紧一线、贴紧队伍"加大教育教学改革的力度。

Higher professional education for police must meet the present and future needs of policing practice in order to realize the objective of training modern police professional talents which faces modernization and world and future. It must lay stress on its professional features and make necessary reform in its contents, methods, ideas and system, and furthermore close to the practice of public security work and police officers to strengthen the reform of teaching and education.
