以高校非图书馆专业馆员的现状为出发点,从强化实践锻炼、细化培养措施两大方面入手,深入剖析,提出图书馆非专业馆员培养的方案及对策。
Starting from the present situation of non - professional librarians in universities and beginning with strengthening the practical training and specifying training measures, the paper analyze deeply enough to propose the training program and countermeasures for non- professional librarians.
