摘要
目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌survivin的亚细胞表达的临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化,检测64例上皮性卵巢癌中survivin蛋白的表达。分别计数survivin的细胞核表达和细胞质表达。分析Survivin表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征及患者预后的关系。结果:Survivin在上皮性卵巢癌中主要在细胞核表达(33.3%),明显高于survivin的细胞质表达率(15.8%)(p=0.001)。Survivin细胞核表达阳性率与上皮性卵巢癌的组织学分级的增高、临床分期的提高、淋巴结转移阳性、PCNA表达增加和不良预后呈正相关(p<0.05),但与上皮性卵巢癌患者的年龄(p=0.29)、组织学类型无关(p=0.739)。多因素Cox比例风险回归模型分析显示survivin的细胞核表达是上皮性卵巢癌的独立预后因素(p<0.01)。结论:Survivin细胞核表达是预测上皮性卵巢癌不良预后的一个独立指标。
Objective：To investigate the prognostic value of survivin expression in epithelial ovarian carcinomas.Methods：We performed immunohistochemical experiments using a polyclonal anti-survivin antibody to stain formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections from 64 epithelial ovarian carcinomas.Nuclear and cytoplasmic survivin staining were scored separately.Results：Nuclear and cytoplasmic survivin staining was observed in 55 of 64（85.94%） epithelial ovarian carcinomas.Scoring on the basis of the percentage of survivin nuclear-positive cells indicated that nuclear survivin expression was associated significantly with clinical stage,histological grade,PCNA-labeling index and clinical outcome in ovarian epithelial carcinoma patients（p〈0.01）.Cox regression analysis showed that nuclear survivin expression were the independent prognostic factors for epithelial carcinoma patients（p 〈0.01）.Conclusion：Nuclear survivin expression is a strong,independent prognostic marker for poor clinical outcomes in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
