摘要
目的:探讨Survivin和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法、半定量RT-PCR法检测50例胃癌标本中Survivin和COX-2的表达情况,以癌旁组织作为正常对照。结果:①正常胃组织中无Survivin和COX-2的表达,胃癌组织中Survivin的表达与浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与胃癌的分化程度无关(P>0.05),而COX-2的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。②胃癌组织中Survivin和COX-2的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin和COX-2在胃癌的发生发展中起着协同作用,可作为胃癌早期诊断及预后评估的重要指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Surviving and COX-2,and their correlation in gastric cancer.Methods:By immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR,the expression of Surviving and COX-2 were examined in tissue blocks from 50 cases of gastric cancer.Results:①The expression of Survivin and COX-2 were negative in normal tissue,the expression of Survivin in tumor was correlated with depth of invasion,TNM stage,and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01),but not with tissue differentiation(P〉0.05).The expression of COX-2 in tumor was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01),but not with tissue differentiation and depth of invasion(P〉0.05) ②There was a positive correlation between the expression of Surviving and COX-2 in gastric carcinoma specimens(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The higher expression of Survivin and COX-2 play an important role in gastric cancer progression and development.The detection of Survivin and COX-2 expression appear to be effective and sensitive markers to early diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.
