In order to reduce the repairing cost of the rail beam and the impact to the production of port,the whole rail beam has been repaired divided several phrases and with deferent technology.This paper analyses the status of the rail beam of Qinhuangdao Port（Coal Terminal Phase 5）,puts forward repairing plan.It introduces in detail the constructive material,constructive technology and the control of safety and construction period.This engineering has received good social efficiency and economic efficiency.
