1993～1997年北海区海洋航空监察信息动态综合分析

Dynamic and Comprehensive Analysis of Marine Aerial Surveillance Information in North China Sea Waters in 1993 to 1997

利用1993～1997年北海区海洋航空监察资料,按照监察目标进行分类汇总统计,通过历年表图制作,进行了信息动态变化的综合分析;提出了加强重点监察目标管理、逐步引入定量化航空遥感监视监测手段与加大时空覆盖频率等对策,从而为监督管理海域使用和组织拟订海洋环境保护与整治规划等,提供重要的基础性依据.

In this paper, with the marine aerial surveillance information in the North China Sea waters , statistical analysis of the key surveillance objects, and dynamic analysis of the figures and pictures drawn in the 1993 to 1997 years, suggest that we should enhance the management of major surveillance objects, use quantitative aerial remote sensing ways by and by, and increase the surveillance frequency in time and space etc. The results may provide basis for the use of sea waters, design of marine environment protection and so on.
