摘要
廿二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,简称DHA)对人体健康有重要影响.目前DHA主要分离纯化自海洋鱼油,但存在诸多不利因素.研究表明海洋微生物具有大规模工业化生产DHA的潜力.本文综述了近年来在DHA生产菌种选育和发酵条件调控等方面取得的进展.
Docosahexaenoic acid has an important effect on human health. At present DHA is isolated and purified mainly from sea fish oil, but many disadvantages remain to be solved. Research shows that oceanic microbes have potential for industrial production of DHA on a large scale. This article reviews the latest progress in the screening of DHA producing strain in the recent years.
