摘要
家族企业在全球的经济发展中正产生差越来越来的作用,世界500强企业有三分之一是家族企业。但众所周知,家族企业最大的一个难题就是成长很快,衰败也快,其根源在于员工的忠诚度低和主人翁意识缺乏。通过对收益分享计划在家族企业人力资源管理中的应用论述,从收益分享的理念下解决家族企业员工忠诚度低的问题,在探讨解决方法的同时,寻求观念上的更新。
It is found that family enterprises amount to one-third of the Top 500 worldwide.However,the former have been challenged by the issue of proper management concerning loyalty and sense of master.This paper argues that the problems can be solved through the application of incomes-sharing plan to the human resources management of family enterprises.
