河南省175对女性单卵双胞胎妇科肿瘤发病情况调查

摘要 许多研究表明,肿瘤的发生是一个在遗传和环境作用下的多因素、多阶段、多步骤的复杂过程。在不同肿瘤的发生过程中,遗传和环境因素分别扮演着不同角色。单卵双胞胎的遗传构成完全相同,这一特征使单卵双胞胎资料成为研究遗传与环境作用于机体的十分理想的素材,单卵双胞胎之间出现的某种性状和疾病的不同,
