摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor C,VEGF-C)和尿激酶型纤维蛋白酶原激活剂(uroki-nase-type plasminogen activator,uPA)表达与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系,并分析VEGF-C和uPA表达的相关性,探讨其表达与乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测VEGF-C和uPA在80例乳腺浸润性导管癌及25例癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果 VEGF-C和uPA在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05),两者表达存在正相关(r=0.287,P<0.05),并与乳腺癌的TNM分期及淋巴结转移状况有关(P<0.05),而与其他临床病理参数无相关性(P>0.05)。VEGF-C和uPA高表达者术后无复发生存期低于低表达者的生存期。结论 VEGF-C和uPA在乳腺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移过程中起重要作用,VEGF-C和uPA的表达可辅助用于乳腺癌的预后评估。 Purpose To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)and the relationship between their expression with biological behavior of breast cancer,and to study the association of VEGF-C expression with uPA expression and their correlation with the prognosis of the patients.Methods Immunohistochemistry(SP method)was used to detect the protein expression of VEGF-C and uPA in 80 cases of breast cancer and 25 adjacent tissues of the cancer.Results The expression levels of VEGF-C and uPA in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues(P0.05).The expression of VEGF-C was positively related to the expression of uPA(r=0.278,P0.05).The expression of VEGF-C and uPA was related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P0.05),but not to other clinicopathological characteristics(P0.05).Expression of VEGF-C and uPA was negatively correlated with prognosis of breast cancer patients.Conclusions Overexpression of VEGF-C and uPA may play a critical role in the malignant progression,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,and may be applied to evaluate the prognosis of the patients.
