胃癌组织中趋化因子MCP-1的表达与TAMs计数及肿瘤血管生成的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 目的检测胃癌组织中MCP-1、TAMs及VEGF的相关性,探讨他们在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例胃炎组织及50例胃癌组织中MCP-1、TAMs及VEGF的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果 (1)胃癌组织中MCP-1、VEGF的表达及TAMs计数均高于对照组;(2)MCP-1与TAMs均与胃癌的组织学分型和分化无关,VEGF与胃癌的分型有关,但与分化无关;(3)MCP-1、VEGF及TAMs均与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关;(4)MCP-1、VEGF及TAMs之间存在正相关关系。结论 MCP-1和TAMs与胃癌的发生发展及血管生成密切相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的生物学指标。 Purpose To detect the correlation of MCP-1,TAMs and VEGF and to investigate their effects on carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry(SP method) was used to detect the expression of MCP-1,TAMs and VEGF in 20 cases of gastritis and 50 gastric cancers.Results The expression of MCP-1,VEGF and TAMs was higher than that in control group;There were no statistical correlation of TAMs and MCP-1 with histological types and differentiation,VEGF was correlated with the typing of gastric cancer,but had no relation to the differentiation.MCP-1,VEGF and TAMs had correlation with the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.There was also positive correlation among MCP-1,VEGF and TAMs.Conclusion MCP-1 and TAMs have close correlation with the carcinogenesis,development and angiogenesis of gastric cancer,which might be the biological markers to judge the prognosis of gastric cancer.
