缺血性卒中患者血清炎症标志物与牙周炎相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过比较缺血性脑卒中患者与健康体检者的牙周状况和血清炎症标志物水平,探讨牙周炎与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。方法:选择60例缺血性脑卒中患者和同样数量的健康体检者,由同一名医师进行牙周检查,并采集入选者的血清检测其超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,进行统计学分析和比较。结果:缺血性脑卒中组与健康体检者间的牙周炎患病率、重度缺牙(缺牙数≥10个)率和牙周指数均存在显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间血清hs-CRP、IL-1β水平也有显著性差异(P<0.01),但TNF-α含量无统计学差异。结论:牙周炎与缺血性脑卒中有较密切相关性,重度缺牙是动脉粥样硬化与缺血性脑卒中的重要危险指征。hs-CRP、IL-1β可能与牙周炎和缺血性脑卒中的发病机制有关联。 Objective:To compare the periodontal status and the level of serum inflammatory marker in patients with ischemic stroke and periodotitis,probe into the Relationship of periodotitis and ischemic stroke. Method:sixty ischemic stroke patients and sixty healthy cases passed the periodontal examination respectively by the same doctor. All the cases were tested on the serum levels of hs-CRP、IL-1β and TNF-α. Result:The incidences of periodontitis and intense tooth loss and periodontal index were different between ischemic stroke group and the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Also the serum levels of hs-CRP、IL-1β in ischemic stroke group were significantly higher than healthy group (P〈0.01),but not for TNF-α. Conclusion:Periodotitis is associated with ischemic stroke,and the intense tooth loss is an important risk facter for atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke. The hs-CRP and IL-1β are associated with the pathological mechanism of periodontitis and ischemic stroke.
