4～6岁幼儿乳前牙重度内倾型深覆与幼儿喂养方式关系的研究

Study on severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth at age of 4～6:the incidence and the relationship with artificial feeding

目的:了解4～6岁幼儿乳前牙重度内倾型深覆发病及与人工喂养的关系。方法:选取4～6岁幼儿637名,检查乳前牙覆,计算乳前牙重度内倾型深覆发病率;以配对问卷方式调查幼儿喂养情况,并进行人工喂养相对危险度分析。结果:4～6岁幼儿乳前牙重度内倾型深覆发病率为5.81%,是幼儿常见牙畸形,人工喂养方式与乳前牙重度内倾型深覆有一定关系。结论:人工喂养为乳前牙重度内倾型深覆的后天致病因素之一。

Objective：To study the relationship between severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth in children at age of 4～6 years with artificial feeding. Method：The incidence of severe retroclined deep overbite were examined in 637 children at age of 4～6 years by questionnaire from their parents,the relative risk of artificial feeding was analyzed. Result：The incidence of severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth is 5.81 % ,which is one of a common dentognathic deformity;and there was a relationship between the incidence of severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth in children and the artificial feeding method. Conclusion：Artificial feeding is one of a the etiological factors of severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth.
