摘要
用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用方法对湖南红足蒿嫩叶的化学成分进行分析,以比色法测定其鲜嫩叶的多糖含量,并用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法分析乙醇提取物的指纹谱。结果表明,(1)GC-MS分析鉴定出湖南产红足蒿嫩叶挥发油中的17个化合物,占挥发油总量的87.76%,主要有樟脑(26.94%)、桉树脑(15.59%)、石竹烯(13.29%)、大=牛儿烯D(5.45%);(2)比色法测定出湖南红足蒿鲜嫩叶的多糖含量达1.55%;(3)湖南红足蒿鲜嫩叶乙醇提取物的HPLC指纹图谱重现性好,成分保留时间在100 min之内,在280 nm下5~100 min内有25个面积较大的色谱峰,说明湖南红足蒿嫩叶化学成分丰富,具有研究与开发利用价值。
The chemical constituents of Artemisia rubripes Nakai leaves were investigated in this paper.The volatile oil was extracted from leaves of A.rubripes by steam distillation and the components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS;Polysaccharose was determined by colorimetric analysis and the HPLC-finger print was established.As a result,17 compounds had been identified,accounting 87.76% of total volatile oil.The main components of volatile oil were camphor(26.94%),eucalyptol(15.59%),caryophyllene(13.29%),germacrene D(5.45%).The content of polysaccharide from fresh leaves of A.rubripes got to 1.55%.And the finger print obtained by HPLC-DAD was stable and reliable with a good reproducibility.The retention time of constituents in tested samples was less than 100 min and twenty-five main peaks were obtained in the chromatograma from 5 to 100 min.The results indicated that the fresh leaf of A.rubripes is a natural compound library with plentiful constituents and different chemical structures.
