摘要
无牙颌患者是所有修复患者中口腔条件较差的一类,想要使其修复效果达到患者所期望的水平具有相当的难度。尤其是对于一些牙槽骨吸收严重、颌位关系不稳定的患者,如何解决义齿的固位和稳定就成为最主要的问题。本文根据笔者的临床经验,并通过查阅文献资料,对影响全口义齿固位与稳定的因素及近年来国内外研究在该领域取得的进展进行回顾和总结。
Edentulous patients are always in bad condi- tion and are difficult to be satisfied with their restoration, especially those with serious alveolar bone resorption. The major problem is retention and stability. The purpose of this article is to review the influence factors on retention and stability of complete denture and new progress in this aspect.
