防水型防晒乳膏皮肤刺激性及光毒性的实验研究

A Study on the Dermal Irritation and Phototoxic Effect of The Waterproof Sunscreen Cream

目的研究防水型防晒乳膏对动物皮肤的刺激性和光毒性实验,为其安全使用提供临床前安全性评价依据。方法将防水型防晒乳膏单次、多次重复涂抹于家兔背部完整脱毛皮肤上,采用同体左右侧自身对比,涂药期间每日观察局部皮肤红斑及水肿情况;取防水型防晒乳膏适量涂抹于豚鼠背部完整皮肤上,给一定剂量长波紫外线照射,3d后观察光敏反应。结果防水型防晒乳膏性质温和、安全,对皮肤无刺激性及光毒性。结论防水型防晒乳膏是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。

Objective To study the irritation and phototoxity of a waterproof sunscreen cream on animals＇ skin in order to help the pre-clinical safety evaluation.Methods The waterproof sunscreen cream was coated on the rabbits＇ skin singly and repeatedly.By comparing the left side of rabbits＇ skin with the right side,the erythema and edema of local skins were observed every day during the trial.The waterproof sunscreen cream was coated on the guinea pigs＇ skin,which was exposed to long-wave ultraviolet radiation and the phototoxic reaction was observed after 3 days.Results The waterproof sunscreen cream is mild,safet,non-irritating and non-phototoxic to the skin.Conclusion The waterproof sunscreen cream was a good and safet external preparation.
