以就业为导向 构建大学生实习新体系

Research on the Construction of College Students' New Practice System under Employment Orientation

大学生实习是促进大学理论素养与实践能力相结合的重要途径,也是提高大学就业能力的重要环节。本文结合当前国内高校大学生实习教育模式,以及就业的实际情况,从理论上分析了当前大学生实习面临的主要困境和造成这种状况的成因,并有针对性的探讨了如何以就业为导向,构建大学生实习新体系,以进一步提高学生的就业能力,促进大学生更好地就业。

College students＇ practice plays an important role in promoting the university of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and is an important part of improve the employment ability.In this paper,the main difficulties faced by college students and causes of this situation are analyzed theoretically,combined with current domestic education model of students practice and employment.The topics that how construct college students＇ new practice system under employment orientation to further improve the employment ability and promote a better job of college students are also discussed.
