摘要
记述四川省鱼类寄生粘孢子虫尾孢虫属HenneguyaThelohan4种,单极虫属ThelohanelusKudo8种,其中2个新种,即渠县单极虫(新种)ThelohaneluschuhsienesisMa,sp.nov.,合江单极虫(新种)ThelohanelushokiangensisMa,sp.nov.
This paper reports the Myxosporidia of freshwater fishes from Sichuan province, Henneguya Thelohan 4 species, Thelohanellus Kudo 8 species,2 species are new to science and their characteristics are summarized as follows: 1. Thelohanellus chuhsienensis Ma,sp.nov.(p1.5,fig.44~47) Host: Cyprinus (Cyprinus) carpio Linnaeus. Location:Scale. Locality: Chuhsien County(Chuh River). Date: September,1977. Spores: Narrow long pyriform in thecal view,long oval in sutural view,sutural ridge curve.Polar capsules pyriform,anterior end expand triange shaped.Sporoplasm containing a conspicus iodophilic vacuole and two round nucleuses.Spore length 18.86(17.6~19.8) microns,spore width 7.76(7.4~8.0) microns,spore thickness 8.8 microns,polar capsule lemgth 11.3(10.4~12.4) microns,polar capsule width 6.6(6.4~7.2) microns. This new species is similar to thelohanellus sagittarius Li et Nie,1973,but differs from the latter,this species spore shell without 'v' folds,anterior smaller than the posterior. 2. Thelohanellus hokiangensis Ma,sp.nov.(p1.5,fig.48~54) Host: Cyprinus (Cyprinus) carpio Linnaeus. Location: Intestine,ureter. Locality: Hokiang County (Yangtze River),Leshan City(Ming River). Date:September,1975,August,1976, Vegetative form:Trophozoite 'Ameoba' shaped,containing 1~3 spores,25.5~30.6 by 22.1~22.5 microns in size. Spores: Nearly long oval,enveloped transparent membrane,nearly fusiform in sutural view,a pyriform polar capsule,anterior and 'arrow' shaped,polar filament coils 6~7,polar capsules nucleus 2,situated polar capsule bottom.Sporoplasm containg an iodophilic vacule,2.5~3.2 microns in size.Spore length 23.9(22.1~25.5) microns,spore width 10.7(9.35~11.05) microns,spore thickness 10.74(9.35~11.9) microns,polar capsules length 13.39(11.9~15.3) microns,width 9.18(8.5~9.35) microns. This new species resembles to Thelohanellus chuhsienensis Ma,sp.nov,but differs from the latter,this species is much larger than posterior.
